AQC-78173 is a high-performance transceiver for 100 Gigabit Ethernet bidirectional links up to 30km over one single mode fibre. It’s compliant with the QSFP28 Multisource Agreement (MSA) and hot pluggable.

The module converts 4x 25Gbps electrical data input signals to one 50GBd PAM4 optical output signal. Reversely, on the receiver side, the optical input signal is de-multiplex and converted to 4x 25Gbps electrical output data streams.
